JOB DESCRIPTION
• Taking responsibility for opening and blocking tap hole, mixing furnace raw materials, thermometry, moulding, removing slag, transporting iron and other work;
• Proficiency in the job responsibilities and work content of smelting worker and other post in the smelting workshop;
• Any other tasks assigned by your superiors.
• Set up and operate casting machines to cast metal parts
• Melt and pour metal into moulds
• Monitor the operation of casting machines and make adjustments as necessary
• Check the quality of castings and inspect them for defects
• Remove castings from moulds and trim away excess material
• Maintain and clean casting machines and work area
