1. I have registered as an employer, what is my password?

If you have registered without entering a password, please check your email for the password the system has sent. If you did not receive any email, please check your junk or spam folder, or you can contact us. You can change your password at the Account settings.

2. What is the difference between CityRecruit’s Recruitment Service and Job Advertisement Service?

Recruitment Service is handled by our in-house consultants by sourcing, matching candidates, interview coordination until successful closure of the job. Meanwhile for Job Ad service, candidate applications are handled by clients directly.

3. How does the CityRecruit’s Job Advertisement pricing work?

There are several ad plans available, click HERE to view plan pricing.

4. How to post a job advertisement?

First, register for an account here, later go to your dashboard, click “Post New Job” at the top or left menu, then fill out your job details and submit it once done. If you have balance free credit you can use otherwise select any of the preferred paid plans to proceed.

5. What can I do if my credits have expired?

Purchased credits would have a validity period and it’s based on the plan you purchased. Please login to your employer account and utilise the ad feature regularly to avoid unused expired credits.
You will receive a notification email to remind you of the coming expired credits you bought. You may choose to upgrade your plan to continue using your credits.

6. How many job postings can I post with my credits?

Please refer to the table below:

7. What should I do if I have insufficient Credits while posting a job?

You will not be able to post a job ad if you do not have enough Credits. Please upgrade to a paid plan by contacting us at ask@jobje.asia or call +6012-329 5453.

8. How would I know how many Credits I currently have?

Log in to your employer account and your remaining credits will be shown in the Dashboard of the home page.

9. How long will my job ad be published?

For Grow, Pro and Premium plan your job ad will be published for 30 days. Meanwhile for the Starter plan, it will be published for a minimum 10 days.

10. What should I do if I want to post bulk advertisements?

If you require to post bulk job advertisements, please contact us at ask@jobje.asia or call +6012-329 5453.

11. Can I post a job for free?

Yes, you can post for free if you have remaining Free Credits in your employer account.

12. Is there any limit for free job advertisements?

Free job advertisements would live for 30 days.

13. If I hire any candidates applied via Job advertisement, do I have to pay any fee to CityRecruit?

This is merely an advertisement service and no recruitment fee involved. No payment is required if you hire any candidates from the advertisement.

14. How can I get more applicants?

Firstly, ensure your job ad is in good quality, meaning the job title and details are clearly stated, such as requirements and location, and the benefits and salary offered are competitive and attractive.

15. What are AutoMatch Candidates?

When a client posts Paid Job Advertisement (Starter/ Grow/ Pro/ Premium), the AI system will automatically search the top-matching candidates from our database and recommend them to you. You can view their profiles under the application page.
However, it’s important to note that not all candidates from the AutoMatch function may be open to job opportunities, because they aren’t the job applicants. Enjoy browsing through our candidates and feel free to approach them.

16. How do I view/use the “AutoMatch Candidates” feature?

Go to JOB ORDER => click POSITION TITLE => click AutoMatch (Max 0-20 candidates)
