Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare a full set of accounts with accuracy.
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity of all daily financial data processing.
- Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports for management review.
- Oversee stock and inventory control.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including liaising with and following up on customer and supplier aging, payment arrangements, and overdue accounts.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent
- Must have a positive, willing-to-learn attitude, be highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- 5.5 working days per week (Saturday: half day)
- Preferably a Senior Executive specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
