Job Type: Contract (12 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
• Monitor inventory levels and implement control strategies to optimize stock and minimize waste
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure raw material and packaging availability
• Work closely with quality control teams to maintain product standards and regulatory compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Analyze production data and KPIs to assess performance and generate reports for management
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align production with demand forecasts
• Handle contingency scenarios, urgent customer requests, and supply chain disruptions
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification: Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Planner
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control

Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software (added advantage)
• Familiarity with manufacturing software functions like production orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders (added advantage)
