Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfill online and in-store orders, including picking items and scanning goods for processing
- Generate and maintain inventory reports and ensure accurate stock management
- Process orders and update systems for order tracking and status
- Assist in day-to-day administrative duties related to order processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different departments for order fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Experience in order processing, administrative tasks, or similar roles is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
- Must be able to commute to Jalan Bukit Bintang / Sungei Wang Plaza, with easy access to public transport (MRT Jalan Bukit Bintang and Monorail Bukit Bintang Station)
