Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the cafe in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking customer orders and processing payments efficiently
• Providing recommendations on our food and drink offerings
• Ensuring the front-of-house area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
• Assisting with table service and clearing tables as needed

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
