Job Responsibilities:
- Promote pawnshop services and products to walk-in and potential customers
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Assist with gold valuation, pawning, and redemption processes
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Ensure proper handling of items and compliance with SOPs
