Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email
  • Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary
  • Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department, and supporting translation for customer announcement notices

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Language skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends when required
