Job Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email
- Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions
- Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary
- Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department, and supporting translation for customer announcement notices
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Language skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends when required
