Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machines to avoid downtime
- Assist in assembling, packaging, and labeling consumer products as required
- Report any malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet daily production targets and ensure efficiency in assigned tasks
- Record production data accurately for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to support a smooth workflow and productivity
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuous improvement activities
