Job Responsibilities:

• Promoting, marketing, and selling our development lands and commercial buildings, the main goal is to connect buyers with suitable properties and guide them through the entire purchasing or renting process. This includes understanding clients’ needs, showcasing properties, negotiating prices, and ensuring a smooth transaction
• Prospecting and lead generation: Finding potential clients through networking, online platforms, referrals, or property events
• Property presentations: Organizing viewings, explaining property features, and highlighting benefits to prospective buyers or tenants
• Client consultation: Advising clients on market trends, pricing, financing options, and legal procedures
