Job Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print assets: social media graphics, banners, event posters, presentations, etc.
• Execute content scheduling and publishing across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Write or adapt social media captions based on campaign messaging and tone
• Support the Marketing Manager with campaign rollouts and creative asset needs
• Assist in managing the content calendar
• Repurpose long-form content (articles, blogs, video snippets) for social use
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials

Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or creative role
• Proficient in Canva (Figma or Adobe Suite is a bonus)
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong eye for design and layout
• Some exposure to video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Rush, or Canva Video is a plus
• Able to multitask and handle deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred/required Certifications:

• Adobe Certified Professional in Photoshop / Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro Certification
• Adobe Creative Suite certifications
• Motion Graphics or Visual Communication Course Certificates
• or equivalent certifications
