Job Details

• Service existing customers and efficiently work to expand market share among current and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong customer relationships.
• Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, and other necessary paperwork.
• Manage cash payments and coordinate product collections made by walk in customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and any other relevant documentation as required.
• Maintain organized records and filing of all sales-related documents.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless transactions and fulfillment of customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences.
• Able to start immediately.
• Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill
