Job description

• Perform sales tasks to meet sales targets and KPls.
• Generate sales leads, follow-up with sales visits and sales & product presentation to customers.
• Maintain and develop an excellent relationship with our existing customers for repeat orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and factories for latest pricing and product information updates.Prepare quotation and provide full sales support to customers.
• Provide all relevant information and complete details to ensure customers are well briefed.
• Work closely with Office and Admin team to ensure all orders are processed and delivered timely.
• Attend to issues, customers complaints or concerns, if any.
• Support in social media marketing.Competitors intelligence reporting.
• Other tasks as required by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales function.
• Having experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, airlines, fine dining restaurants) will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Pleasant personality, friendly and approachable.
• Able to converse well in both English and Mandarin.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
• Willing to travel
