Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• ​Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the company’s practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide legal support and advice to management on corporate, commercial, and operational civil/criminal matters.
• Liaise with external lawyers, regulators, and government authorities when required.
• Conduct legal research and keep management informed on changes in laws and regulations.
• Assist in dispute resolution, litigation, and legal proceedings.
• Maintain proper records of legal documents and case files.
• Support company secretarial duties, including board resolutions and compliance filings.
