Startek for Singapore Telco Industry 
5 days Per week, 8am-9pm 

RM 2k basic + 500 KPI (if hit entitled for additional RM 500)
Location : Petaling Jaya & Ara Damansara, Selangor

Job Description:

  •  Respond to inbound calls regarding cable services, including account enquiries, service activation, billing, and troubleshooting
  •  Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a courteous and professional tone
  •  Assist customers with basic technical support and escalate complex issues when necessary
  •  Document customer interactions and feedback using internal systems
  •  Achieve performance metrics such as first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality
  •  Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery

Job Requirements:

  •  Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
  •  Minimum SPM
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  •  Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  •  Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  •  Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
