Job Description:
- Respond to inbound calls regarding cable services, including account enquiries, service activation, billing, and troubleshooting
- Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a courteous and professional tone
- Assist customers with basic technical support and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Document customer interactions and feedback using internal systems
- Achieve performance metrics such as first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Minimum SPM
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
