Startek for Singapore Cable Industry (Mandarin)
5 Days Per week, 8am-9pm
RM 2.8k basic + 500 KPI (if hit entitled for additional RM 500)
Location : Petaling Jaya & Ara Damansara, Selangor

Job Description:

  •  Handle incoming calls related to mobile services including billing, network issues, plan upgrades, and general inquiries
  •  Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a professional and empathetic manner
  •  Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex cases when necessary
  •  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
  •  Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  •  Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery

Job Requirements:

  •  Proficiency in both English (spoken and reading) and Mandarin (spoken only)
  •  Minimum SPM
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  •  Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  •  Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  •  Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
