Job Description:
- Handle incoming calls related to mobile services including billing, network issues, plan upgrades, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a professional and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
- Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English (spoken and reading) and Mandarin (spoken only)
- Minimum SPM
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
