Job Description (Kulai, Johor)

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting miniature electronic components used in hearing aid devices. The role requires attention to detail, steady hands, and basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and count (basic literacy and numeracy).
• Not color blind.
• Experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good eyesight and attention to detail.
• Able to work shifts and overtime when required.

• Work is performed seated at a workstation.

Working Hours & Shifts

5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)

• Day Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (OT: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
• Night Shift: 8:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. (OT: 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.)
• Shift Rotation: 2 weeks day, 2 weeks night (rotational basis)

Overtime (OT):

• Weekdays: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
