Job Title: Talent Recruiter
Job Summary
The Talent Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates who meet the company’s workforce needs. This role works closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals

Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms

Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
-
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
-
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
-
Prepare and manage job offers and assist with onboarding activities

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
-
1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good organizational and time-management skills
-
Familiarity with job portals, social media recruiting, and ATS systems is an advantage

Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
