Job Title: Talent Recruiter

Job Summary

The Talent Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates who meet the company’s workforce needs. This role works closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals

• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms

• Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Prepare and manage job offers and assist with onboarding activities

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Familiarity with job portals, social media recruiting, and ATS systems is an advantage

• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
