Job Details

• Minimum Diploma qualification in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing (Fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for reporting and customer management.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (Hokkien is a plus).
• Must have own transportation for customer visits within Penang.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong self-discipline, motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
