Job Responsibilities:

  • Forefront of customer service
  • Greet guests during every encounter, especially during check-in and check-out
  • Ensure all guest's satisfaction with the facilities and meal experiences by providing efficient and quality service, which will enhance Suasana Suites' reputation for excellent service
  • Answer telephone calls from guests and provide information and assistance when necessary
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to the next level if unable to resolve the issue with the given authority
  • Assist in all areas related to guest services and be on duty as required
  • Ensure excellent service and prompt attention to all customers
  • Take customer orders when necessary, such as for transportation (Taxi/Grab car), restaurant reservations, or flights
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workplace at all times
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the manager from time to time
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the front office section and enforcing the highest service quality standards to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Have good product knowledge regarding hotel services, promotions, and the surrounding area to enhance guest experiences
  • Attend training sessions provided from time to time to enhance productivity and work skills

 Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel and Tourism, or Business Administration is preferable but not essential
  • Demonstrates superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations
  • Knowledge of other major areas of hotel operations
  • Ability to integrate and communicate vital information to subordinates
  • Proficient in the use of computers and relevant applications in the work environment
  • Administrative skills to complete essential reports are required
  • Have a pleasant personality and exercise patience, as expected from a frontline employee
