Job Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, sales, receipts, and payments and ensure accuracy and up-to-date ledgers and accounting records.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Manage month-end closing process and ensure all month-end journals, AP, and AR sections are closed promptly.
• Preparation of profit computation, cashflows, financial report reports and other related schedules Assist in the development of annual budgets and cashflows and track budgetary performance against actual results and provide variance analysis.
• Prepare tax computation including calculation of deferred taxation.
• Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings.
• Assist in liaise and resolve matter pertaining to external auditor and tax agent Undertake any ad hoc tasks and assignment.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related working experience in related field is required
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business or any other professional accounting qualification is strongly desirable
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good time management and able to meet tight deadline
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
