As a Telesales Professional, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, delivering top-notch sales presentations over the phone. Your job is to generate new business, build strong relationships with clients, and close deals that will drive revenue for the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Use a mix of warm and cold calling techniques to prospect potential customers. Identify leads and qualify them based on their needs and readiness to purchase.
- Deliver Sales Pitches: Present and promote our products and services in a compelling and professional manner over the phone to convert leads into sales.
- Follow-Up and Close Sales: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up on initial inquiries, and close deals effectively to meet monthly targets.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Your earnings will directly reflect your efforts.
- Maintain Customer Database: Update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring all sales leads and customer interactions are documented accurately.
- Build Long-Term Client Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction post-sale.
- Track Performance and Report Results: Regularly monitor and report your sales performance to ensure you’re on track to hit your goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (preferred but not mandatory). A passion for sales is key!
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. You should be able to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-Oriented: You should be motivated by targets and have a drive to exceed goals and earn high commissions.
- Self-Motivated: We want individuals who are proactive, take initiative, and thrive in a sales-driven environment.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Resilient & Persistent: You’ll need to bounce back quickly from rejection and stay determined to achieve your targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. We’ll provide training on the tools you’ll need, but being tech-savvy is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team while striving to reach individual sales targets.
