Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive/Assistant F&B Manager in daily operations and event functions
- Supervise and coordinate F&B staff activities, including payroll, training, and appearance
- Ensure proper function setup and liaise with other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, engineering)
- Manage part-time waiters, check attendance, and oversee service execution
- Assist in function preparation, room setup, menu presentation, guest service, and post-event cleanup
- Train and monitor staff performance, knowledge, and leadership skills
- Handle last-minute requests and guest concerns, escalating when needed
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, pricing, and service procedures
