Job Responsibilities:
- Track outstanding debts and recover owed money
- Locate and contact debtors for payments
- Send reminders for overdue bills and loans
- Update account statuses and databases regularly
- Ensure compliance with legal debt recovery procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Act as a liaison between the company and debtors
- Manage overdue accounts and follow up on payments
