Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchasing operations including sourcing, issuing Purchase Orders (PO), and price comparisons.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
- Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Liaise with internal departments for stock level needs and requirements.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain a proper supplier database.
- Follow up on delivery schedules, invoices, and payment status.
- Prepare regular purchasing reports and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1 year of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
