Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily purchasing operations including sourcing, issuing Purchase Orders (PO), and price comparisons.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
  • Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Liaise with internal departments for stock level needs and requirements.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain a proper supplier database.
  • Follow up on delivery schedules, invoices, and payment status.
  • Prepare regular purchasing reports and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1 year of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
