Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Manage and update company social media platforms, websites, and other digital marketing channels.
• Coordinate and support promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation and advertising.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies and sales support materials.
• Maintain customer databases and support CRM initiatives.
• Handle administrative duties related to marketing projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
