Job Responsibilities:

• Execute online marketing strategies for business growth.
• Involving in sales and marketing activities for sub-sales properties.
• Participating in product uploading, projects and tasks to gain hands-on experience in the real estate field.
• Participate in client meetings, appointments, and presentations to understand client preferences and needs.
• Collaborating with the team to deliver the ultimate real estate experience to clients.
• Monitor and maintain a good record system for all admin and confidential matters.
• Assisting in the administration of real estate business processes or any other related duties or ac-hoc assignment as and when required by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidates must have their own transport, laptop and smartphone.
• Support strong teamwork, good communication, and a happy work environment.
• Minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Prefer last semester.
