Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role ensures smooth internal coordination, manages sales documentation, and helps maintain customer records. It is primarily office-based, though occasional customer communication may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Update customer records and sales data in the system
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to track order status
- Support the sales team in office tasks and meetings
- Communicate with customers for basic queries or order confirmations
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of CRM is a plus
- Detail-oriented and team player
Environment:
- Mostly office-based /Rare external client interaction
