Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
• Day-to-day operation and maintenance of District Cooling Plant.
• Monitor and manage chiller operations via Building Management System (BMS).
• Monitor and response to fire detection and fire protection related alarms.
• Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance and repair job.
• Carry out routine plant inspection and data logging.
Job Requirements
• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.
• Relevant experience in HVAC, chiller plant would be advantageous.
• IT literacy, e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shifts and weekends duty.
