Roles & Responsibilities
Key accountability (Main purpose of this job):
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will provide 360-degree administrative support to the Admissions Department and support excellent customer service to CIS families.
Responsibilities (Key areas of Responsibilities):
- Support excellent customer service and assistance to new and current families throughout all admissions processes.
- Support the Education and Assessment Coordinator, including administering various types of assessments or observations of prospective students who need further review during the admissions process.
- Support the management of documents throughout the admissions process and work with the recruitment team to complete each student’s file as required.
- Support the monitoring and development of our Recruitment Agent program, when assigned.
- Assist in open houses, education fairs, marketing and school events, where required.
- Assist with student file administration, including withdrawals, student’s pass cancellations and supplemental contracts, when assigned.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and statutory audits.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with relevant colleagues and other departments if and when support is required.
- Ensure all files, documentation and admissions work areas are neat and organised at all times.
- Take meeting minutes and assist with any other admin tasks assigned.
- Be proactive in the identification and deployment of any improvements in support to the school’s strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to converse in another language, preferably Mandarin, considered an asset
- Independent, as well as team player, responsible and initiative
- Must be fully proficient in using MS Word and Excel
- Experience using data management systems
