Roles & Responsibilities
Time Software Management
- Proficient in understanding and utilizing time management software for efficient tracking and reporting.
Leave and Attendance Management
- Generate and maintain staff medical and hospitalization leave reports.
- Compile HR reports related to attendance and leave.
Overtime and Labor Reporting
- Prepare reports on overtime and casual labour hours.
Locker Checks
- Conduct random lockers checks and provide detailed reports on the findings.
Staff Management
- Generate reports on staff strength.
- Distribute updated memos to staff via email.
Reimbursement Reports
- Create reports for medical, dental and optical reimbursement.
Material Control System
- Handle requests for stationery and sundries through the material control system.
Onboarding Support
- Prepare necessary forms, medical documentation, name-tags and locker keys for new hires during onboarding.
Administrative Tasks
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as required by the organization.
Qualification
- Minimum education requirement ITE and above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
- Strong time management and organization skills
Skills and Attributes
- Attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in drafting and sending emails.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
