Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and has a strong design flair.
As a maternity cover (up to 01 year), you will actively assist in all areas of branding and promotions of the hotel: development of collaterals, promotion and festive installations, products and event photography, advertising, media or VIP welcome gifts and marketing content management.

Responsibilities include (and not limited to):
- Produce high quality in-house creative collaterals for dining and room promotions (online and offline) and hotel activities, that meet hotel and brand standards.
- Support hotel content strategy and work on content posts across all owned social media channels.
- Support email marketing strategy and come up with emailers using existing CRM platform to track and measure effectiveness of e-mail campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing where required, to measure effective engagement.
- Manage assets on official brand sites and other online platforms to ensure accuracy and currency.
- To conceptualize and present decoration concept proposals for themed events, VIP rooms or hotel promotions (which includes mood boarding, draft visuals/mock-ups, and costings), and to oversee the execution and timely tear-down.
- Coordinate and execute videography and photography projects, from pre- to post-production (including the sourcing of location/props, styling, shoot scheduling and video editing).
- Develop and foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery.
- Assist with getting comparative quotes for all creative projects.
- Set up and maintain a systematic filing system for supplier information, job samples, and project visuals/material, for easy review/reference.
- Assume the administrative role for the Marketing section and ensure all documents and other tasks are processed in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Diploma in Visual Communication, majoring in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity, with knowledge and experience in copywriting and graphics.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Studio, web software, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in photography and styling.
- Fast, out-of-the-box thinker and meticulous.
- Accountable and team player.
- Ability to produce and edit videos and/or virtual tours is a plus.
