SALES EXECUTIVE, RETAIL (BASIC + COMMISSION) (SINGAPORE)
Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Achieve personal and department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Maintain stock-count and keep assigned areas clean
• Actively seek out customers in store
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Able to speak and understand simple English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Relevant experience of selling consumer electrical products, bedding, furniture and/or Air con will be an added advantage
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• No experience may also apply.
• Welcome part timers too.
Working Hours:
• 44 hours work week and on roster basis
