- Perform inspections, tests, and checks to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify defects or irregularities in products and report findings.
- Work collaboratively with the team to address quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Technical Support:

- Provide technical support to customers facing issues with our products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Offer solutions and guidance to customers on product usage and maintenance.
- Assist in product installation and maintenance when necessary.
- Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or degree in electrical or electronics engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or technical support roles, especially in the appliance industry, is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electrical circuits, product testing equipment, and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to identify defects or irregularities in products.
- Communication: Good communication skills to report findings and provide technical assistance to customers.
