What you will do
As a dedicated Voice Channel Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service. Here is what's waiting for you:
· Focusing diligently on voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
· Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
· Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
· Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
· Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions
· Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers
· Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times
Who you are

· Strong proficiency in Mandarin, giving you a chance to showcase your language skills
· Good knowledge of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities
· Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus!
· A minimum SPM qualification, showing that you have the fundamentals in place
