Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. A good bartender can produce and serve drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, good time management skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments and methodically.

Job Descriptions:

• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and guests
• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
• Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Responsible for planning and presenting the menu
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Responsible for restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Bartender
• Minimum GCE N or O level, Diploma, ITE, and SPM
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills
