Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. A good bartender can produce and serve drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, good time management skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments and methodically.
Job Descriptions:
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and guests
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Responsible for planning and presenting the menu
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Responsible for restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Bartender
- Minimum GCE N or O level, Diploma, ITE, and SPM
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills
