Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :-
– Covering HR Spectrum – recruitment & selection, manpower & succession planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training and development.
– Assist in payroll related matters.
– Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, – Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
– Manage and handle employee’s records
– Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
– Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
– Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
– Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
– Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
– Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
– Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required
Job requirements :-
– At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
– Able to handle all walks of life with good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Knowledge of employment legislation.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
