- Provides office and administrative support.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service
- Providing advice on repair services and updates
- Answering customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
- Listening to customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues
- Collect payment and provide cashier invoices
Experience:
- Customer Service, Customer Facing
- Inter-Personal skills
Requirements
- 2- 3 years working experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and/or Standard Software (MS Office, MS-Outlook
- Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
