Key Responsibilities:
Basic CRM:
- Replying to all the customers' message with proper manner
- Answer to customers' enquiries
Basic Marketing:
- Make simple social media posting ready by the office
- Assisting office make social media posting
Communication and Correspondence:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, handling phone calls, messages, emails, and inquiries.
Ad-hoc Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- No experience required, you may
- Proficient in various social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education:
- SPM Graduate or higher
