Key Responsibilities:

Basic CRM:

  • Replying to all the customers' message with proper manner
  • Answer to customers' enquiries

Basic Marketing:

  • Make simple social media posting ready by the office
  • Assisting office make social media posting

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, handling phone calls, messages, emails, and inquiries.

Ad-hoc Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required, you may
  • Proficient in various social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • SPM Graduate or higher
