Position Summary:

The Operations Intern at Chello, a leading fashion online brand, is a detail-oriented and motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in the operational facets of a dynamic e-commerce environment. This role involves actively contributing to the efficient execution of day-to-day operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of supply chain management and order fulfillment.

We are seeking a proactive intern who is passionate about the fashion industry and eager to play a vital role in enhancing Chello's operational excellence. The Operations Intern will work closely with the operations team, contributing to various aspects of the supply chain and operational processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Fulfillment:Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    Collaborate with the operations team to maintain high standards of order fulfillment efficiency.
  2. Inventory Management:Support in monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand.
    Contribute to inventory tracking and reconciliation processes.
  3. Supply Chain Coordination:Assist in coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the smooth flow of raw materials and finished products.
    Participate in initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
  4. Quality Control:Participate in quality control procedures to uphold Chello's product quality standards.
    Work with the team to address any issues related to product quality and packaging.
  5. Process Improvement:Contribute ideas to identify opportunities for process optimization within the operations workflow.
    Collaborate with the operations team to implement improvements that enhance overall efficiency.
  6. Customer Support Collaboration:Work closely with the customer support team to address operational queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
    Learn about the crucial intersection of operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Data Analysis:Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    Contribute to the development of reports related to order fulfillment, inventory levels, and operational performance.
