Key Responsibilities

 

Strategy Development:

  • Creative Support: Assist in infusing creative thinking into marketing strategies to captivate audiences and set our brand apart in the fashion e-commerce industry.
  • Data Analysis: Support the use of analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and shape marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Digital Marketing:

  • Content Contribution: Assist in overseeing the creation of compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience, showcasing a unique fashion perspective.
  • SEO and SEM: Collaborate on analytical thinking for SEO and SEM efforts to optimize website visibility and drive organic and paid traffic effectively.
  • Experimentation Support: Encourage a culture of experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to refine marketing campaigns.

Collaboration with Creative Team:

  • Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design graphics, visual content, and marketing collateral that align with the brand's creative vision.
  • Content Ideation: Assist in content creation by providing creative input and ensuring that visuals and messaging align with marketing goals.

Brand Management:

  • Creative Brand Expression: Contribute to the continuous evolution and creative expression of the brand's identity across all marketing materials.
  • Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations: Support in identifying strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations that align with our brand's creative vision.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Performance Metrics: Assist in defining performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing and interpreting data to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.
  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate on applying analytical insights to optimize the conversion funnel, improving the online shopping experience.

Budget Management:

  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate on resource allocation, making data-backed decisions to maximize the return on marketing investments.

Team Collaboration:

  • Creative Collaboration: Contribute to fostering a creative and data-driven work environment, encouraging experimentation and growth within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Fashion or fashion e-commerce marketing background, preferably with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce technologies.
  • A strong understanding of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
