Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Offer assistance to walk-in customers.
Advise and recommend suitable products based on the client's needs.
Assist with stock check and cashiering duties.
Responsible for creating and organizing a pleasant shopping environment for customers, including updating of price tags and promotional materials.
Assist customers in the in-store checkout process – receive and process cash, Nets/ credit Cards payments, and implement current promotional events during the checkout process.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Able to converse in English & 2nd mother-tongue language is an advantage.
Able to work retail hours including weekends & Public Holidays.
At least 1 year of retail experience.
Working Hours Requirements:
Full time: 5/6 days work week with retail hours. (include PHs, Saturdays, and Sundays)
Part-time: Able to work 24 – 35 hours per week.
Work commitment at least 6 months.
May be posted to various outlets incl new shops and pasar malams (to be discussed).
