Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and customer service as well as administrative support to the daily operation of Temple/Columbarium.
- Collect payments and issue invoices.
- Data entry and update system record.
- Assist in festival/celebration of Temple-related matters.
- Perform simple settlement of daily transactions.
- Perform general daily clerical duties.
- Ad-hoc duties are assigned as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary and N/O Level.
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service/sales or relevant field.
- Good working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Meticulous, well-organised and also a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to communicate proficiently with English & Chinese to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking customers.
