Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:-

 

You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will lead a team performing different roles such as check-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.

 

Key Requirements:-

 

  • Possess at least 2 GCE A level credits or a diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic
  • At least 1 -2 years of work experience in a customer service / hotel / lounge related industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
