Overall responsibilities:
- Involve in daily operations of gym, recreation facilities and swimming pool area.
- Daily checking of equipment and facilities for the whole of recreation areas, gym and swimming pool area.
- Open gym and setting up counter.
- Ability to hire, train and supervise staff.
- Be able to work on 2 rotation shifts.
- Report complaints and incidents to the Assistant General Manager.
- Effectively handle all hospitality requests.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in fitness centres of well-established hotels.
- Able to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
- Physically fit.
- Possess management experience.
- Flexible mindset.
Professional certification:
- First Aid
- CPR
