- 5 years experience in High Rise Building Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
- Performing routine maintenance of High Rise Building Plumbing services such as Domestic water supply risers and booster pump, knowledge of
- PRV, be able to check, servicing and troubleshoot of water pump motor control switchboard and good experiences in single phase and
- knowledge of Three phase control circuit starters, relays,controls electrical switches and wiring diagrams.
- Repairing of minor leaking of plumbing piping such as toilet drain pipe, toilet system water piping, sewerage system, knowledge to address
- leaks, clogs or other drainage problems and replacement of worn out toilet plumbing parts.
- Touch up and repainting interior walls when old paint has become faded.
- Can work as a team with others Maintenance staff.
- Be able to work on 3 rotation shifts.
Requirements:
Diploma, Intermediate grade or Certificate in Electrical engineering or equivalent with work requirement.
