Your duty includes (but is not limited to):
- Manages all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
- Able to produce bread/buns on schedule
- Assist in preparations of bread and other pastry items
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
- Replenish the buffet counter
