Your duty includes (but is not limited to):

  • Manages all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
  • Able to produce bread/buns on schedule
  • Assist in preparations of bread and other pastry items
  • Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
  • Replenish the buffet counter
