Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established.
- To report any service related issues, escalations, failures to the supervisor.
- To provide prompt follow up and updates to supervisor, customers and stakeholders.
- To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.
- To update shipment status into the system.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level/Diploma
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry. However, entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in import/export is advantageous.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
- Good interpersonal communication skill.
- Comfortable working in warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working in Tuas (nearest MRT Gul Circle) for a 5.5days workweek.
