Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established.
  • To report any service related issues, escalations, failures to the supervisor.
  • To provide prompt follow up and updates to supervisor, customers and stakeholders.
  • To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.
  • To update shipment status into the system.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' Level/Diploma
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry. However, entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in import/export is advantageous.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable working in Tuas (nearest MRT Gul Circle) for a 5.5days workweek.
