The Role

· Perform fish-cutting, merchandising and housekeeping duties productively with the aim of optimizing department sales

· Weigh, clean and cut all types and sizes of fishes of all sizes for customers accurately according to standards and requirements

· Attend to customer’s queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction

· Upkeep freshness and ensure high quality standards when handling goods at the cutting station, displaying goods at seabed and arranging goods in the storage rooms

· Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times to reflect a good company image

· Any other adhoc duties as per assigned

About You

· Basic meat cutting skills and product knowledge

· Candidates without relevant experience will also be considered for the trainee role
