The Role
• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, and courteous service
• Replenish and maintain the stocks, and ensure it is within quality and display standards
• Check quality and maintains freshness of products
• Assist with proper bagging at checkout counter
• Serve customers in festive booths, if applicable
• Efficiently select, prepare, and pack orders with utmost quality and accuracy
• Operate the Self-Checkout counters effectively and efficiently
• Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of front and back of the store
• Any other duties as per assigned
About You
• Good team player
• Customer Service and process oriented
• Committed and willing to learn
• Attentive to details
• Possess basic mathematical skills
• Physical work require and able to carry loads up to 10kg
• Able to work on a rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
